WELCOME TO SEACLIFF GYMNASTICS!
At Seacliff Gymnastics we wanted to share some important information to ensure everyone is well-informed and prepared.
1. Class Schedule and Fees:
We require all athletes to settle their term fees for gymnastics before gaining access to the gym facilities. By requiring term fees to be settled in advance, we can allocate resources effectively, plan for the term's activities, and ensure that athletes can fully engage in their gymnastics sessions without interruption.
If you wish to join Seacliff Gymnastics after your come and try, we kindly request that registration is complete (non refundable) within 5 days. Failure to register by this date will result in the release of your spot, as we open up registrations to those on our waitlist. Your prompt attention to the registration details will ensure your athlete will retain their spot in their session.
Here is our current class schedule for the upcoming sessions:
- Tuesday:
4.30pm - 5.30pm: JungleGym
5:30pm - 6:30pm: GymFun + GymSkills
6:30pm - 7:30pm: GymFun + GymSkills
7:30pm - 8:30pm: GymSkills
- Saturday:
9:00am - 10:00am: GymFun + GymSkills
2. Program Descriptions
- JungleGym: Jungle Gym is a multi-movement program designed specifically for children aged 4-5 years. It focuses on learning through play in a stimulating, non-competitive environment, helping children develop essential skills and confidence.
- GymFun: GymFun, tailored for boys and girls aged 6-8 years, centres on fundamental movement patterns. Emphasizing safety and collaboration, this program sets the foundation for more advanced skills and activities.
- GymSkills: GymSkills introduces activities more specific to gymnastics for boys and girls aged 9 years and above. While promoting fitness, it maintains a fun and non-competitive atmosphere, preparing athletes for various sports and activities.
- All sessions are open to athletes within the eligible age group. While GymFun and GymSkills run at different times, rest assured that participants will be organized into separate groups based on the respective programs. We understand that families may be unsure about which session best suits them, and we encourage anyone with questions to reach out to our dedicated staff.
3. Parental Observation Policy:
Beginning 2026 we have adjusted our parental observation policy. Parents will not be permitted to watch gymnastics sessions. This decision is driven by the evolving nature of our program and spatial constraints within our gym. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work towards providing an optimal learning environment for our gymnasts.
4. Behaviour Warning Protocol:
To maintain a positive and safe gymnastics environment, we have implemented a three-step behaviour warning protocol. This includes verbal warnings, sitting out, and, if necessary, early dismissal. Our goal is to ensure a focused and constructive learning experience for all gymnasts.
We appreciate your continued support, understanding, and cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.
SPORTS VOUCHERS
If you wish to use a 2026 Sport Voucher for your athlete (valid for students up to year 9), please download a copy, complete and bring into your first session. Completed Sports Vouchers in PDF format ONLY can be submitted by email to Finance@seacliffGymnastics.com.au
or the paper version can be handed in . Once approved and processed, the $100 will be reduced off of your term fee.
