Event Waiver

Trial Participation Waiver & Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that my child is participating in a trial session conducted by Seacliff Gymnastics. I understand that gymnastics is a physical activity that involves a degree of risk, including the possibility of injury.

I confirm that my child is physically fit and able to participate in the trial activities and that I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to the trial.

I understand that participation in the trial does not guarantee placement in a WAG or MAG program and that trial outcomes will be communicated by the Head Coach following the assessment process.

I agree to release and indemnify Seacliff Gymnastics, its coaches, volunteers, and representatives from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the trial, except where caused by negligence.

I consent to my child participating in the trial activities under the supervision of qualified coaching staff and agree to abide by all club policies and instructions.

I agree to the Event Waiver.*
